Jodi Collins

Jodi Collins is a native of Prescott and over the years has had the privilege of seeing her community grow and prosper. This unique perspective coupled with her extensive banking, customer service, and real estate experience brings an invaluable level of expertise to her position as Executive Administrator for TEAM NRS.

Jodi has the responsibility of coordinating and facilitating the daily operations of the team as well as meeting with and assisting clients. Jodi also works closely with all of the team members on projects of all sorts, wearing the many hats that her position requires.

Joe Jackson

Joe hails from Southern Louisiana. His first real job, and where he cut his teeth on real estate, was in his Daddy's real estate office at the age of six. At age 10, he helped lay out his first subdivision and personally named every street in it. He has developed a fast-food franchise location, a motel/apartment location, a shopping center location and numerous other real estate properties, both here in Arizona and Louisiana.

Joe was educated at LSU (Go Tigers!) and is a proud father of five and the Paw Paw to three. He is proud to be married to his wife, Mallory, a native of Arizona. He loves the Lord and serves Him at Prescott Christian Church. After the Lord and his family, Joe's passion is for real estate.

He has served in the Louisiana Air National Guard, Make-A-Wish, United Way, Kiwanis and Rotary. He loves to play golf and in his younger days fashioned himself to be a fair water and snow skier.

This is Joe's 18th year in Prescott Real Estate and every bit of it at the same location. He is very outgoing and likes to work to find that "just right" property for his clients. Joe specializes in residential properties. He knows the area, the values and the deals to be had in this little slice of heaven.

Ken Nimmo

Ken has been helping people find and sell their homes and investment properties for over 11 years. His clients come back because they value the same thing he values - loyalty.

Ken specializes in residential properties, vacant land, and horse properties. (And just because it is zoned for horses doesn't make it horse property!) He also has experience working with local contractors to build dream homes.

He is involved in training, breeding and showing APHA Halter horses. His other interests include sports, fishing, and gardening.
